Who created the materials?

Our materials were developed by David Siler, SPHR, GPHR. David is an award-winning lecturer to businesses and HR professionals on many HR related topics. He has more than 25 years of experience as a senior level HR practitioner and is a former question writer for the HRCI exams.

Are the materials up to date?

Our materials are consistently reviewed and updated to reflect content we feel is most likely to be reflected in the current or upcoming exam.

How soon will I receive my materials?

Our orders are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Delivery normally takes 2-5 business days.

Can I get next-day delivery?

Sorry, but next-day delivery is not available.  However, we do offer expedited shipping (2-day or 3-day) via UPS, which is available to select during checkout.

How long will I have access to the website?

LMS access is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you need additional time, please email us at info@distinctivehr.com to see what arrangements can be made.

What if I lose/forget my website password or username?

We will be happy to send you your username and/or password via email. Often the fastest way to get in touch with us is via email at info@distinctivehr.com. You may also call our office at 919-770-7043, however we are not always available by phone during normal business hours.

When I place my order, I get a message that says my credit card could not go through, yet I KNOW my credit card is good! What do I do?

Paypal and Stripe are our payment processing companies. Make sure you enter your billing address and credit card information exactly as it is on file. For example, if your information on file is 555 1st St., Unit 1 and you enter 555 First Street #1, your credit card MAY be denied. If this is not the problem, you would need to contact the processing company directly, or try a different form of payment.

Do I have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase?

You do NOT need a Paypal account to purchase through Paypal. Simply click on the link that allows you to pay with your debit or credit card.
